Riding Lessons

At your Farm, on your Horse

Regular Lesson Prices

$45/hr private lesson--1 hour

$45 Semi-Private or Small Group lesson--1 1/2 hours

All training is accomplished thru Classical and Natural Horsemanship.  You are GUARANTEED to PROGRESS and have FUN doing it!

Lessons are available in:

--Dressage--up to 2nd Level

--Hunt Seat/Jumping--from just starting to all the way to showing in both hunters and jumpers.

--Pleasure & Trail--Not interested in showing?  Not to worry, I can help you learn to ride in balance and harmony with your horse.  Riding will become just that--a pleasure!

--Problem Solving--I can help you deal with any issues you may have with your equine partner.  We can deal with poor ground manners, biting, pushing, fear of bathing/clipping/vet/farrier or unwillingness to load on a trailer, all the way to problems with mounting and riding.  Owning a horse should be fun and enjoyable, not a daily struggle.  With my lessons, you'll learn to train your horse YOURSELF!

--"Lunge" Lessons--concentrated seat building lessons.

--Basic Horsemanship & Riding--Learn to ride in a balanced seat as well as horse behavior, care and ground work.  Children as young as 3 are welcome, provided you have a suitable horse.  Adults are specially taught so as to avoid the worry/fear that many adults are prone to.

Note--Western riders are welcome and encouraged, particularly for my Basic Horsemanship &Riding, Pleasure & Trail and Problem Solving lessons.  All correct training and riding starts the same way regardless of tack choice.  It's only after the basics are learned that specialized training of specific sports begins.
